TS-968+
Modified Starch
TS-968+
is based on the original TS-968 to further optimize the performance of TS-968 by
using high-tech production process, which makes TS-968+ more excellent than TS-968
adhesion. It is a TS-968 upgraded multi-type grafted starch slurry, for pure
cotton, T/C and various new fiber yarns have good adhesion. The slurry sizing
such as PVA may be replaced in whole or in part.

l
The sizing adhesion and sizing wear
resistance of TS-968+ sizing material have been greatly improved by adopting
the latest technology of "graft toughening" and "graft wear
resistance". It is especially suitable for cotton and T/C warp sizing of
high density fabrics above 60S-100S. The sizing strength is obvious, the sizing
wear resistance is improved, the fabric falls off less, the loom breaks less,
and the efficiency is high.。

It has excellent serous flexibility and
overcomes the "hard and brittle" defects of ordinary starch film. The
physical and mechanical properties of starch sizing film can be improved, the
strength and elongation of the sizing film can be improved, and the flexibility
of the sizing film can be improved. The sizing film is elastic. The breaking
elongation of the sizing film is 15-20 times that of other starch derivatives.

It can be sizing without PVA, the sizing dry
splitting resistance is small, and the regenerated hairiness is reduced by more
than 30%.

The slurry has good fluidity, stable
viscosity, no slurrying, no pulp spots, and good miscibility with other
slurries.

The serosal solubility is good, and the
desizing is easy to retreat. BOD5/COD>0.4, in line with environmental
requirements
No PVA formula
DF333 + TS-968+ with proper wax sheet has
excellent sizing effect without PVA. No additional additives are needed.
Application and sizing
l
Under normal pressure, water, stirrer,
feeding, stirring, steam heating to 98 C, holding 20-30 min, volume, sticking
to wait for use.
l High
pressure slurry mixing: water discharging, stirrer opening, feeding, closing
the lid of the barrel, heating to 110 C, slurry stuffing 5-10 min, supply
barrel reserve.
Packaging and storage

bag for multilayer composite woven bags. Store in dry and ventilated places.
